What happens when the great classics of metal take on a completely new acoustic sound? The answer lies in Timo Kotipelto & Robustik, where familiar hits come to life in an unprecedented way. Timo Kotipelto has performed countless duo gigs with different lineups during his career, but this time the aim was to create something genuinely new. Instead of a single instrument, the stage features a varied selection of instruments and musicians, opening up entirely new possibilities for arranging songs and creating atmosphere.

The idea began in 2021, when Kotipelto visited Seagulls’ Nest, hosted by Steve’n’Seagulls. “It was a very positive experience. We had different instruments than usual, and the arrangements worked brilliantly. When the opportunity came to join forces with Leevi Pukki and Simo Heikkinen, everything immediately fell into place.”

An extraordinary concert experience awaits, featuring acoustically rearranged Stratovarius classics such as “Hunting High And Low,” “Black Diamond” and “Unbreakable,” as well as beloved rock and metal hits in a completely new light. The result is an energetic, surprising and, above all, entertaining performance that combines the power of metal with the warm atmosphere of acoustic music.
