Christmas at Bryggeriet Mat och Malt

Is it time to book a Christmas dinner with your colleagues or a large group of friends? Great, because we love Christmas and large parties. In early December, we’re kicking off the Christmas season at Bryggeriet Mat Malt with a specially created Christmas menu, available to book for both individuals and businesses! Our Christmas dinner consists of three festive plates served at the table, from 02/12 to 19/12.

Groups of up to 9 people do not need to pre-order. Just book a table, order the full Christmas menu when you arrive, or choose your favourite festive plates from the à la carte menu and create your own celebratory meal.

Businesses and groups of 10 or more can send a booking request to boka@bryggerietvisby.se. You can also add a fourth plate, different drinks packages, a beer tasting, or a private brewery tour at our neighbour Barlingbo Bryggeri. See our Christmas offer for groups here!

*FIRST PLATE* Cured salmon from Katthammarsvik with horseradish and winter-apple sauce | mustard herring with red onion, capers and cress | sourdough bread with whipped butter

*SECOND PLATE* Rosemary-roasted wild boar loin | roasted Brussels sprouts with plum and bacon | potato gratin with confit garlic | Madeira jus

*THIRD PLATE* Gingerbread tiramisu with orange and lingonberries
