Yoga Concert: Warmth

In this yoga concert, the body moves gently and organically. Guided by the music, we move from outer movement to an inner glow, as the Göteborgs Symfoniker cello quartet accompanies the rest. A moment to thaw and breathe. Lene Skomedal (yogalene.se), who is both a musician and a yoga teacher, will guide you through the yoga exercises, the music, and the people behind it.
