Welcome to a yoga concert for both children and adults! Through simple movements, curious awareness and quiet moments, we’ll move side by side, breathe and rest together. Featuring musicians from Göteborgs Symfoniker. Lene Skomedal (yogalene.se), who is both a musician and a yoga teacher, will guide you through the yoga exercises, the music and the people behind it.
