J. S. Bach is the genius behind Air, the Mass in B minor, the St John Passion and many other masterpieces. Preludes, partitas, sarabandes—the pieces are many, and the interpretations even more so. Jazz musicians Emil Carlsson Rinstad, bassist Magnus Bergström and drummer Ola Winkler have mastered the material completely. “Chamber jazz album of the year,” wrote the music magazine Lira about their debut recording.
