Welcome to an evening spanning Beethoven, solo trombone and a world premiere. The evening opens with Beethoven’s Second Symphony, full of energy, humour and power. After the interval, trombonist Christian Lindberg performs his own work, Mandrake in the Corner, written for solo trombone and symphony orchestra. Then Jan Sandström’s symphony will be heard for the very first time.
