Closing Weekend of “Jacques Lipchitz. Pilgrim Sculptures”

The last chance to experience the exhibition “Jacques Lipchitz. Pilgrim Sculptures” — November 21 and 22! Jacques Lipchitz’s sculptures are preparing for their pilgrimage back to the Institut Valencià d’Art Modern. Although we are more likely to see works by this émigré artist abroad than in Lithuania, this exhibition offered a rare opportunity to discover his sculpture in his hometown of Druskininkai, at the Jacques Lipchitz Museum. During the exhibition’s closing weekend, the following events await you:

November 21
12:00 — “Create Like Jacques Lipchitz with Plaster” workshop with museum educator Indrė Svirskaitė
13:30 — Discussion and tour with exhibition curators Aušra Rožankevičiūtė and Ieva Bernotaitė
15:00 — Screening of a film about Jacques Lipchitz

November 22
12:00 — “Create Like Jacques Lipchitz with Plaster” workshop with museum educator Indrė Svirskaitė
13:30 — Tour with exhibition curator Ieva Bernotaitė
15:00 — Screening of a film about Jacques Lipchitz

Admission to the exhibition closing event is available at the concessionary price of €4.
