Closing Weekend of “Jacques Lipchitz. Pilgrim Sculptures”

The last chance to experience the exhibition “Jacques Lipchitz. Pilgrim Sculptures” is on November 21 and 22! Jacques Lipchitz’s sculptures are preparing for their pilgrimage back to the Institut Valencià d’Art Modern. Although we are more likely to see the works of this émigré artist abroad than in Lithuania, this exhibition offered a special opportunity to discover his sculpture in his hometown of Druskininkai, at the Jacques Lipchitz Museum. During the exhibition’s closing weekend, you can join us for:

November 21
12:00 — “Create Like Jacques Lipchitz in Plaster” workshop with museum educator Indrė Svirskaitė
13:30 — Discussion and tour with exhibition curators Aušra Rožankevičiūtė and Ieva Bernotaitė
15:00 — Screening of a film about Jacques Lipchitz

November 22
12:00 — “Create Like Jacques Lipchitz in Plaster” workshop with museum educator Indrė Svirskaitė
13:30 — Tour with exhibition curator Ieva Bernotaitė
15:00 — Screening of a film about Jacques Lipchitz
