“ROMANTIC SAX” – Italian Programme / Juozas Kuraitis (saxophone)

This winter, music imbued with the atmosphere of Italian evenings, love, films and the joy of life will sweep across Lithuania. “ROMANTIC SAX” returns with a programme that will make you want to book a ticket to Rome, fall in love, or at least sing “Felicità” out loud in the car on the way home! On stage are one of Lithuania’s most charismatic saxophonists, Juozas Kuraitis, whose concert tickets often disappear from ticketing systems faster than there’s time to tell people about them, and pianist Daumantas Slipkus, whose performance on stage becomes not merely accompaniment, but a live musical conversation with the saxophone. At Panevėžys Musical Theatre, pianist Lukas Gedvilas will perform alongside saxophonist Juozas Kuraitis.
