Liepa “Naked Beginning. Acoustically”

Every song has its beginning. Sometimes it is just a feeling, a few harmonies or a few words that you want to give a voice to. The past few years have been full of firsts for me. I released my first album, “Pradžia” (“Beginning”), and with my band we took to new and bigger stages, while songs we once created in the studio began living their own lives. And the more that happens, the more I want to search, experiment and discover new colours in my music. That is how “Nuoga Pradžia” (“Naked Beginning”) came about—a desire to return to the essence. For this acoustic concert tour, together with the musicians, we are reworking arrangements of songs from the album “Pradžia” and some of my older songs. Familiar melodies will take on unexpected colours, new rhythms and sounds. There will be energy, tender moments and creative freedom—which this time I want to allow myself even more of. For me, “Nuoga Pradžia” is about having the courage to shed familiar layers, rediscover my music and share it with you in a way I never have before. I can’t wait to see you! Sometimes, to hear more, you need less. Liepa
