Comedy “Good Neighbors”

Throughout the ages, neighbors have been like a second family to Lithuanians. Do you know your neighbors? “Good Neighbors” is a wild situation comedy about two couples separated by just one wall. One couple has a spacious four-room apartment and what seems to be a perfect marriage. The other has a small apartment, big dreams, and a wicked plan. When Rokas and Eglė realize that only one wall stands between them and their dream home, they devise an extraordinary plan: subtly ruin their neighbors’ marriage and buy their much larger apartment for less. The plan is simple; all it takes is a few harmless lies, a few coincidences, and a little imagination. But soon everything becomes much more complicated than expected. Friendships grow stronger, planted suspicions turn into paranoia, friendly evenings with the neighbors become interrogations, and every attempt to put things right only makes matters worse. Two couples, plenty of lies, unexpected twists, and neighborly friendship. “Good Neighbors” is a comedy about forgotten neighborly camaraderie, envy, greed, relationships, and people who get so caught up in someone else’s life that they can no longer manage their own.
