CIRKULIACIJA: Šedevrų Verpetas collective (Ukraine / Lithuania) | “Tracing the Bounded” Premiere

Tracing the Bounded is a dance performance and installation exploring liminality as a space of transformation, disorientation and change. Combining contemporary dance, circus and visual installation, the work examines how identity, memory and connections with others take shape in transitional states, both personal and collective. Using nets, ropes and layered movement, the performers create shifting spaces where gravity, time and memory merge. Here, liminal states are places of both anxiety and possibility, where identity fades and forms anew, and the body adapts, resists or surrenders to the unknown. The performance embodies a state of transition and raises questions about how memory shapes our perception of space, how movement operates amid uncertainty, and how letting go can become the beginning of renewal.
