Guests | Premiere! One-Woman Show “The Running Octopus”

Sometimes in life, you meet your kindred spirit. And then it becomes easier to breathe, because you had thought you were the only one on Earth who was so strange and unexpected. Violeta Mičiulienė, an actress in the cult play “There Will Be No Monsters,” presents a new one-woman show, “The Running Octopus.” This play is about the feeling that even when you are alone in life, you are not lonely. About understanding that everything happening to you is all right, even if others don’t see it that way. About wanting to stop lying to yourself and others. About the desire to find out where you came from, just as you are. The celebration takes place not only in your home, but also in your soul when you look at everything with joy in life.

“The Running Octopus” is a play about a woman’s inner journey, self-acceptance, and the invisible bond between people.
