The most beautiful rock ballads will be performed at these exceptionally beautiful concerts! Indrė Launikonytė, one of Lithuania’s most prominent vocal teachers and performers, invites listeners on a special musical journey: the concerts “The Age of Rock: The Most Beautiful Ballads.” The acoustic evening will feature legendary rock songs brought to life in distinctive arrangements.

For many years, Indrė Launikonytė has captivated audiences not only with her exceptional voice and technical vocal mastery, but also with her ability to convey inner authenticity through music. The performer says that rock music has always been special to her—it is a genre that allows the widest range of emotions and vocal colors to shine through.

“I’ve always felt that rock is one of the richest music genres in terms of its colors. When I sing rock songs, I feel how naturally a wider range of vocal timbres emerges than in any other musical style. It feels as though the music within me unfolds into many layers, like a kind of matrix—no other musical style makes me feel so deeply. My heart beats to the rhythm of rock,” the performer says.

At “The Age of Rock: The Most Beautiful Ballads,” listeners will hear songs by legendary bands and artists such as Queen, Scorpions, Roxette, Tina Turner, Bon Jovi, Nirvana, AC/DC, and many others, presented in a new way this evening.

“The concert will feature the most beautiful songs from across the eras of classic, glam, pop, and hard rock, in acoustic arrangements. I think every listener will leave the evening with their favorite song. I’m sure it will be a very genuine and heartfelt evening, because that’s what rock music is like, and that’s what I’m like,” says Indrė.

Queen’s music will have a special place in the concert. The song that is perhaps most important to Indrė herself is the legendary “The Show Must Go On.” It is one of the first songs she remembers from childhood.

“It was summer; we had gone to visit my grandmother, and I spent time in my parents’ car simply because the radio was playing there. When I heard ‘The Show Must Go On,’ I was struck by the song’s melody, Freddie Mercury’s powerful voice, and its instrumentation. It was so beautiful; I just remember that little version of myself and how completely taken I was. ‘The Show Must Go On’ has continued to accompany me through important events in my life,” she recalls.

The performer believes that this concert will be not only a musical but also an emotional experience, and invites all listeners to be part of it. “I warmly invite you to join me and draw energy from the eternal power of rock music,” Indrė says with a smile.
