“Strawberries and the Strawberry Lady”

NAUJOJI OPERA presents the operetta “Strawberries and the Strawberry Lady.” After a successful premiere in Vilnius, the Braškys family sets off on a tour of Lithuania! When love, family and old secrets come together under one roof, nothing is quite as it was before… When their son returns from London to his hometown village, his parents prepare to celebrate not only his return, but also the arrival of a new family member: his educated, elegant fiancée, a lawyer. Everything seems perfect. But not in his mother’s eyes. She suspects that someone else is destined for her son and still lives with memories of an old love. Driven by emotion, the mother devises a cunning plan: she invites her son’s former girlfriend to visit.
