Sander Õigus: “Twelve Months” — Huumoriklubi / Salme Grand Hall

“I’m not the same person today as I was yesterday. And tomorrow, you won’t be the same person you are today.” Twelve months is a long time, and that makes three hundred new versions of me—quite a lot can change in a year. It’s up to us to do our best to make sure that change is heading in the right direction! When was the last time you really took a step back and looked at yourself—and did the sight make you squeeze your eyes shut in shock?

Sander Õigus’s twelfth solo show is ready and is finally coming to stages all across the Wabariik! Let’s get together again and laugh a little at ourselves!

Sander says: “In recent years, I’ve spent most of my time away from Estonia, touring comedy festivals around the world. When you travel around alone, situations inevitably arise where you’re forced to take a good, hard look at yourself. Another evening, staring at a hotel ceiling in an unfamiliar city. I’ve also spent many evenings in different comedy clubs, trying to shape humour out of that fear. I’d like to show you what I came up with, too. See you at a cultural venue near your home! ‘Twelve Months’ is probably the craziest hour I’ve written so far. It’s sure to be exciting.”
