Lion Cub Seeks a Friend – Teater Marionett / SAAL LAINE, 2nd floor

Performance introduction: Even the mightiest king of the jungle may need a friend’s helping hand. Can goodness stand up to greed and evil? Teater Marionett takes audiences on a journey to a faraway southern land, to a lush and mysterious jungle where monkeys, lions, parrots and local people go about their daily lives. All is peaceful until greedy hunters arrive, intent on putting nature’s riches to work for themselves and for profit. An exciting and instructive struggle begins, showing that brute force is no match for evil: what is needed is cleverness, courage and unwavering solidarity. This is an adventurous and heartfelt story about how each of us—even the smallest—can change the world, because true friendship always wins.
