Noorkuu and Ott Lepland

Võru cultural centre KANNEL
Christmas may arrive on the calendar, but it only really begins once you’ve been to a Noorkuu Christmas concert! This year, there’s twice the reason to come: alongside its Christmas tour, Noorkuu is celebrating its 30th anniversary with Ott Lepland.

Christmas concerts have unquestionably been a tradition throughout Noorkuu’s career. Not a December goes by without our mouths being happily tired from singing by the time Christmas arrives. Noorkuu and Ott have also performed together many times before, and their voices and musical sensibilities complement each other very well. This combination has warmth and power.

It’s an evening of beautiful multi-part music, a chance to slow down for a moment, enjoy Noorkuu’s trademark humour, sing along from the heart, and let the Christmas spirit truly arrive.

Performing on stage: Noorkuu — Martti Meumers (sings in the middle range), Rein Kahro (sings in the middle and high ranges), Märt Murrik (sings in the middle range), Remi Teras (sings in the low range) — and Ott Lepland (sings all over the place and also plays the black and white keys).
