Author visit (In Finnish)

The book has been described as a portrait of a generation, and through its personal profiles it presents a unique panorama of some of the key influencers in our society from the fields of science, the arts and business. Coincidentally, all of them attended the same Reserve Officer School (RUK) course as the author.
The third part of the book explores the broader impact of Finland’s conscription system, and especially the Reserve Officer School, on Finnish society. The work advances the argument that they form the foundation of our equality, relationship with nature, public health, and even the enduring happiness of the Finnish people.
Copies of the book will be available for purchase directly from the author during the event, with the opportunity to receive a signed dedication.
