Word Journey — Stella Terna x Kiara Kakao

I invite you to a somewhat different kind of evening, combining free-flowing thoughts, poetry, meditation, and ceremonial cacao. Word Journey is an intimate format where we make ourselves a cosy nest among blankets and cushions, light candles, and take nearly three hours to step away from everyday life and look more deeply within. I’ll guide you on a word journey in the form of a meditation—a voyage of discovery into your own imagination, thoughts, and feelings. It’s an opportunity to look at your present moment in life from a slightly different angle and notice what matters to you right now. During the journey, I’ll weave in my poetry and reflections on life, love, and freedom. Unlike my previous poetry journeys, this evening is not centred only on poetry and my reflections, but on your own experience. We’ll leave space for silence, contemplation, and a short writing practice so you can record what you experience and write down any insights. Everything will take place at a gentle pace, with no obligation to share or take part. The evening will be accompanied by Kiara ceremonial raw cacao, which I’ll prepare for each participant with love and care. In my experience, cacao has proved to be a supportive tool that helps people be present in the space, and I’d like to share it with you too. This evening is for you if you feel like taking a pause and spending a few hours turning your attention inward.
