The technology that is changing the world the most is also the easiest to use. You don’t need to learn commands to use AI: you just need to talk to it. We’ll try it out for ourselves in this workshop. The workshop alternates between short topic sessions and independent work. You’ll give AI a real task, and while it works, we’ll discuss the next topic. Then we’ll review the results together.
Topics:
- What AI is good at: organising information, research, finding the right tool, and developing ideas further.
- How to work with AI: don’t be afraid to ask follow-up questions, have it make a plan first, and check the facts.
- How to choose the right model and have another AI review the result.
- Agents: tasks that work independently in the background.
- Safety: what not to give AI, how AI can be tricked, and what permissions to give it.
You’ll leave the workshop with at least one thing you’ve tried yourself and can put to use right away. Bring a laptop. You’ll also need an account with an AI tool, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or another one. The workshop is suitable for both beginners and people who already use AI.
The workshop is led by Silver Jaanus. It is part of Arunädal and the Eesti.ai initiative “The Most AI-Savvy Nation.”
