I Want to Believe

For the first time at Von Krahl — the world-famous and provocative TV series “I Want to Believe.” Triin Ruumet’s “I Want to Believe” portrays a reality dating show in all its passionate fireworks: lights, cameras, confession chairs. One date gives way to another, and each new young man outdoes the last. But when the spectacle of the television world no longer sustains them, life inside the show begins to take on dimensions no one could have expected. The participants face a choice: continue performing a staged reality for the viewers’ enjoyment, or find the courage to look themselves in the eye.
