Veino Live: Greta Ruben’s Nordic Jazz Evening

On December 3, young jazz artist Greta Ruben returns to Veino, accompanied on piano by Sigrid Vardja. Together, they combine Nordic jazz, traditional jazz and original compositions. Greta Ruben is a young jazz violinist, singer and composer whose work lies at the intersection of jazz, pop and classical music. Her sound is delicate, gentle and dreamy. In addition to playing the violin, she is active in singing and writing and arranging her own music. Greta aims to carve out a distinctive place for the violin in Estonia’s jazz scene. With a background in classical, folk and jazz music, Greta has performed several times at Philly Joe’s Jazz Club, the Jazzkaar Urban Space Project, Viljandi Folk and Viru Folk, among others. Greta has released the singles “Jäise tuule käes” and “Palve.” An evening filled with music, good wine and great company is always in store! Admission is still free; please support the bar and the music! Table reservations: https://www.veino.ee/book.
