The Kanepi Christmas Fair takes place on Saturday, 12 December 2026, starting at 10:00 at Kanepi Seltsimaja (Weizenbergi 31, Kanepi, Kanepi vald, Põlvamaa 63101). The Kanepi Seltsimaja Christmas Fair guarantees a true Christmas feeling! Now in its 23rd year, the event offers an opportunity to buy lovely gifts for your gift bag, delicious treats for the Christmas table and, of course, enjoy a pleasant cultural programme. The wonderful Väägvere Külakapell will begin performing at 11:00.
We once again invite skilled bakers to take part in the “MOST BEAUTIFUL GINGERBREAD IN KANEPI” competition. Gingerbread can be brought to the community centre during the week before the fair. Please call ahead.
