What does it mean to be a man today? On International Men’s Day, we meet Gabriel Pagés from Gift vid första ögonkastet XL for a conversation about masculinity today, relationships and expectations. How are relationships affected by norms and expectations? On 19 November, we invite you to an open conversation with Gabriel Pagés, known from Gift vid första ögonkastet XL, where we will discuss masculinity, health and life as a man in Sweden today. Gabriel Pagés is 29 years old and grew up in Venezuela. He will share his experiences and thoughts on masculinity, relationships and society’s expectations. With a moderator leading the conversation, the audience will have the opportunity to ask questions and reflect together. An evening for everyone who wants to listen, learn and take part in an important discussion.

About International Men’s Day
International Men’s Day is an annual observance held every year on 19 November. Its aims include highlighting issues relating to the physical and mental health of men and boys, positive male role models, and issues that affect men’s role in society. Malmö City Library also marks the day by highlighting books about men’s health and living conditions.
