Rise & Rave Goes Piazza | Winter Rave Weekend

Rise & Rave is coming to Tahko! Let the music awaken your body and mind. Rise & Rave invites you to shake off the dust of everyday life, get your body moving and start the day in a way that will leave a smile on your face long after the event. Come and experience a unique dance experience where electronic music, free movement and community come together. You don’t need to know how to dance, perform or look a certain way. Just show up and let the music lead you. The event begins with a gentle warm-up to awaken the body, after which the music and energy gradually build into liberating dance. At the end of the experience, everyone gently returns to the present moment together. Rise & Rave offers a chance to step away from everyday life, refresh the body, clear the mind and experience the joy of movement in a safe environment. The event is guided by Neljän tuulen tytär, Johanna Koponen, creator of the Rise & Rave concept, care professional, yin yoga instructor and dance instructor. Johanna’s DJ sets combine energetic electronic music, Afro and Latin influences, and organic sounds that invite you to move in your own way. Rise & Rave is an alcohol- and drug-free event and follows safer-space principles. Phones are put aside, conversation quiets down, and attention is directed to your own experience, the music and movement.
