Põlvamaa Youth Conference INSPO 2026

On 2 December, the inspiration and motivation conference INSPO for young people in grades 8–12 across Põlvamaa will once again take place at Põlva Culture and Leisure Centre. This year’s conference theme is “A World Unlocked.” Attendance is free. The event is funded through the cooperation project “Entrepreneurial Youth of South Estonia 2.0 (LEEN 2)” under the measure “Attractive Regional Business and Living Environment.” Co-funded by the European Union.

The conference starts at 9:40 and is expected to wrap up at around 15:15. As it’s a long day, we’ll start with a light breakfast snack, and of course a particularly delicious lunch awaits participants.

Three inspiring speakers will take the stage. First up is the inspiring young Endrik Puntso, Estonian cycling champion who worked in marketing at Red Bull for two years. The second speaker is Kelly Sildaru. Kelly is an Estonian freestyle skier and Olympic bronze medallist. She is the first Estonian freestyle skiing world champion, an X Games winner and a six-time junior world champion. The third speaker is Madis Rallmann, an Estonian maritime professional, sailor, trainer and entrepreneur, known for his involvement in boating and sailing courses and maritime events. One of his notable achievements is sailing across the Atlantic Ocean.

An important part of the youth conference is the education fair, where all participants can learn about further study opportunities. County upper secondary schools and nearby vocational schools will be represented for students in their final year of basic school. University information stands will be there for upper secondary students, who can also find out about what vocational schools offer. The fair is open from 11:00 to 14:00, with its activities running alongside the lunch break.

reket will close the day. One thing is certain: the day will be full of great encounters, exciting ideas, inspiration and motivation. You’re the only thing missing from this perfect combination! If you have any questions, email us at polvanoortekonverents@gmail.com and we’ll find an answer.
