Seaweed & Tapas with Karolina Martinson, on the relaxation raft at Vrångö. Come to Vrångö and meet seaweed diver and food creator Karolina Martinson. Karolina will take you on an exciting culinary journey through the pantry of the blue economy and prepare Seaweed & Tapas in an unconventional way. Fun, inspiring and very tasty. After tapas and seaweed bubbles, we’ll light the wood-fired stove in the sauna, and for those who wish, the evening will end with a cold-water swim. An evening on Kajkanten Vrångö’s relaxation raft. Stay overnight in a boathouse if you like!

Seaweed, tapas & warming sauna – an inspirational talk and live cooking with Karolina on the relaxation raft, Saturday at 18:00. Small dishes are served, along with tapas and seaweed bubbles (non-alcoholic drink). Wood-fired sauna, hot tub and cold-water swimming on the relaxation raft from 19:30.
