Sushi & Asian Grill at Kläpphagen Koster. Friday & Saturday, 13–14 November, it’s finally time for sushi and robata (grill) again. Our Asian master chef Martin has really sharpened his knives this time, drawing inspiration from both new and tried-and-tested favourites from across Asia. Naturally, we’ll cook over the fire in the traditional Kläpphagen style, using good local ingredients as well as delicacies from near and far. Of course, we’ve put together a lovely drinks menu to quench your thirst. The menu costs 850:-
