Christmas Buffet – Känsla

Enjoy this year’s Christmas buffet with a little extra Christmas magic at Känsla. Känsla serves a classic Christmas buffet in three courses, directly to your table, where tradition meets care—from herring and salmon in all their forms to hearty Christmas ham from Grevbäck, homemade meatballs and Janssons frestelse. **Christmas buffet 2026**
Känsla’s Christmas buffet is served in three courses. Relax and enjoy good drinks and good company as three generous platters of Christmas food are brought to your table during your seating. The platters are as follows:

**First platter:** Assorted herring, halved eggs, gravlax, cold-smoked salmon, pressed cucumber, beetroot salad, potatoes, sauces, crispbread and butter.

**Second platter:** Christmas ham from Grevbäck, meatballs, prinskorv, Janssons frestelse, red cabbage, kale, mustard and cream sauce.

**Third platter:** Ris à la Malta, cheesecake, Christmas sweets, gingerbread and a selection of cheeses.
