Para Dance

Welcome to a fun autumn of dancing with us! Welcome to Para Dance. We will dance, listen and play to music and have fun. What is Para Dance? Para Dance is the Swedish Dance Sport Federation’s collective term for dance for people with disabilities, regardless of the type of disability. It gives everyone the opportunity to move to music in a way that suits their abilities.

Practical information:
When: Mondays, 7/9, 14/9, 21/9, 28/9, 5/10, 12/10, 19/10, 26/10, 2/11, 9/11, 16/11, 23/11 and 30/11
Time: 17:00–18:30
Number of sessions: 12 sessions during the autumn term
Place: Källeskolan’s Gymnastics Hall, Skara
Instructor: Jossan Åhman, Skara DK
Membership fee: 75:- (for half of 2026)
Pay on site when you arrive. No advance registration is required. Attend as many times as you like and stay for as long as you like. Give your details to the instructors when you arrive. For more information, call Johanna at 070-3579537.
