Welcome to experience the flavours of Christmas and a sense of togetherness with us at Konsthotellet this winter. This year, we’re keeping our popular sharing concept, with a new twist that blends classic dishes with new influences. The focus is on the food, the ingredients and personal service, creating a warm and memorable evening together.

The evening begins with a generous cold starter buffet, followed by our hot sharing dishes served directly at the table, for everyone to share and enjoy together. To finish, there’s a delightful dessert buffet filled with sweet Christmas favourites. This year’s menu has a classic Christmas feel, with a few exciting additions here and there, while keeping the ingredients at the centre. We’re also giving extra attention to the drinks experience and offering carefully selected beers to complement the flavours of Christmas, preferably from local producers such as Bustad Brewing and Qvänum Mat & Malt.
