About the artist: Peter Waldenström, born in 1957 and based in Dannike, is a Swedish artist working in painting, sculpture and photography. In this exhibition, he explores humanity’s fragile relationship with nature—our dependence, our loss, and the eternal cycle between life and death, of which we are all a part. The landscape becomes a mirror of our own existence, a kind of borderland where light, dusk and memories play a central role.

The exhibition is presented in collaboration with Ulricehamn Art Society and with funding from the Swedish Association of Art Societies.
