Book Circle to Improve Your Swedish

Read, pronounce and learn new words! Read, talk and improve your Swedish. Reading books written in Easy-to-Read Swedish gives you the chance to learn more words, how they are pronounced and spelled. Conversation and discussion also provide a greater understanding of Swedish culture and society.

Course content
We will choose a book to read. Brita prepares word lists for each meeting.

Course plan
The meetings are free and take place in the evenings at our premises on the second floor of the library. We plan to hold 10 sessions on Wednesday evenings.

Study materials
We will choose and read a book together.

Circle leader
The course leader is Brita Bromander, an experienced study circle leader and educator.

Good to know
Prerequisite: You should have Swedish language skills equivalent to upper B level, preferably C or D. We plan to hold 10 meetings, every Wednesday through 9 December.

Start: Wednesday 7 October, 17:30–19:00
Location: Vuxenskolan’s premises on the library’s second floor, room Daretorp.
