Art from the innermost room of the heart

Louise Lidbrandt’s exhibition “Art by heart” consists of paintings that have emerged from the innermost room of her heart. Painting women in different ways and writing texts for them has become something of Louise’s signature. Through her art and writing, she wants to move people, strengthen them and sometimes offer a little comfort. Her paintings often depict women who radiate both vulnerability and strength. Much of the work is rooted in thoughts about sustainable, empathetic women’s lives, and about motherhood, love, faith and hope.
