A 10th anniversary celebration with a festive programme full of sparkle! On the last Saturday in November, Södra Ryd centre will once again be filled with light, warmth and joy, along with the welcoming Christmas spirit that the Winter Festival has always offered. This year’s celebration has an extra golden glow because it marks the 10th anniversary!
Date: Saturday 28 November
Time: 13:00–17:00
Location: Södra Ryd
The square will host a Christmas market featuring crafts, mulled wine and homemade baked goods, as well as a packed stage programme with both local and well-known performers. There will also be activities for children and young people, a quiz trail, face painting, story sessions and much more! Activities will spread from the square to the library, Flamman youth centre and the sports hall, both indoors and outdoors, so everyone can find something to enjoy whatever the weather. The day will end after dark with a magical fire show.
As an extra celebration gift, the programme includes a pre-event ahead of SM-veckan in February, where you can try several different sports together with local clubs.
