Family Saturday

Pappa Kapsyl and Cat Cabaret

As December approaches and the Christmas spirit begins to set in, this year’s final Family Saturday offers a cosy time for the whole family. Between crafts and Christmas preparations, the youngest children can enjoy the performance Cat Cabaret.

Welcome to our Cat Cabaret, where everything revolves around the Cat herself. But who is she, really? And how do you find her? The Cat is cosy and playful—but only when she feels like it, and suddenly she’s gone! During the performance, we meet the Cat in the Moon, who sleeps by day and is awake at night. We also meet the Cat in the Hat, who is tiny and immediately hides as soon as it starts to rain, and then the big star—the cat who walks on two legs and prefers to drink tea. The performance’s length and content are suitable for children aged two and up. This is a packed mini-cabaret with music, singing, humour and theatrical magic, created especially for our youngest visitors!

With a medley of his most popular dinosaur songs, Pappa Kapsyl presents a high-energy show featuring rocking carnivore songs alongside gentle long-neck ballads, dino dancing, sing-alongs and fun audience participation. Pappa Kapsyl creates music, books, videos and performances about dinosaurs for children and their grown-ups, and is now established as one of Sweden’s most in-demand family entertainers! Behind Pappa Kapsyl is artist Carl-Otto Johansson from Kalmar. The performance’s length and content are suitable for children aged four and up.

Get ready for a day with both rocking dinosaurs and a cosy Christmas atmosphere in the foyer!
