Machine Demonstration in the Spinning Room – See Textile Machines in Operation

Living industrial history, for real! Welcome to a machine demonstration in the spinning room. Our machine technician will be on site and start the machines on request. The entire yarn-production process is demonstrated. The first machine, a carding machine, dates from 1891 and is from Manchester. The other machines date from the 1940s and are made by Rieter of Winterthur, Switzerland. The twisting machine dates from the 1970s and is made by Allma of Germany.
