Aisha hears a powerful voice. It is as unreal and beautiful and seductive as it is frightening. Through music, she is drawn into an unknown world far away from the life of a teenager – on a journey deep into her own heritage, where she is forced to confront her father, her mother, and the raging female force – the Queen of the Night, or the Jinn. A musical monologue in Swedish by Bahar Pars, featuring music by Mozart, Puccini, and others. Performed in the foyer of Folkoperan.
