Sir Elwood Duo: Voitto Auringolle 2027. Juha Lehti and Juha Saaresaho are familiar from the band Sir Elwoodin hiljaiset värit. In their duo, they paint a picture of the world using the familiar elements of quiet colours. Juha Lehti’s voice, shaped by life’s experiences, tells beautiful and battered stories from the perspective of ordinary people. The sound of guitar, piano, accordion and harmonica completes the stories. Sir Elwood is “middle-beer jazz” in two packages: a recognisable blend of swinging jazz and schlager influences, along with ruggedly poetic storytelling. The Elwoods’ songs linger in the middle-beer bars of Kallio, long nights, love and life on the road. Live, the Elwoods are at their best in telling stories and creating an intimate atmosphere.
