Huora + Lähiöbotox

Huora and Lähiöbotox embark on a joint tour in early 2027

Punk rock band Huora and Lähiöbotox, who blend rap with heavy metal riffs, will embark on a ten-show joint tour in early 2027. Starting at Teatro in Turku on Saturday, 20 February, the tour celebrates both bands’ new albums, due out early in the year. Each night, both bands will play a full-length set.

The previously announced show at Tavastia in Helsinki on Friday, 26 February, sold out quickly. Due to high demand, the bands will also perform at Tavastia the following evening, Saturday, 27 February.

With its fierce riffs and socially conscious lyrics, Huora is one of Finland’s most energetic live bands. The band’s previous album, “Neljä Huolenaikaa,” reached the top of the charts and received no fewer than three Emma Award nominations at the spring 2025 Emma Gala. The band is eagerly anticipating the upcoming tour:

“Making music is the best thing you can do as an adult with your friends. And drinking. And drinking on the tour bus. And drinking with Lähiöbotox… Botox and we get to play for you again after a long time, the songs you already know as well as the new tracks we’ve both been working on. A warm welcome to mosh your worries away—early 2027’s biggest parties are in store!”

Lähiöbotox, the other headliner on the tour, is likewise known for its intense live energy. Alongside relentless touring, the documentary series African Metal Tour, which premiered on Yle’s channels, has helped propel the band’s rise. The band, which breaks down the boundaries between rap and metal, has also received Emma Award nominations and won the Metal Album of the Year award at the 2025 Indie Awards.
