Midsummer Volunteer Party

Midsummer volunteer party on Saturday, 5 December 2026. Let’s celebrate Midsummer in the middle of winter! These are not-so-traditional Christmas parties with a Midsummer theme at restaurant Vesileppis. Enjoy a summery menu, with traditional casseroles and Christmas ham as well. The evening’s band is Meininki bänd. A band of its own was formed alongside the Music Association in 1985, spreading the joy of rhythm music around it. Even then, the lineup included more than 10 young musicians. Meininki bänd has now (perhaps) grown up, and the number of musicians has increased. Velleri will also set the pace for the evening with versatile accordion music. Proceeds from the evening’s admission tickets will be donated through Meininki bänd to charity, to help low-income families with children. You can view the Juhannustalakoot menu on the event’s own website. Tickets from Liveto, the bowling alley or reception.
