Litku Klemetti

Litku Klemetti will release a rock album, Sata pahaa poikaa, this autumn and, of course, will also embark on a rock tour. The album’s first preview, the riff-heavy “Splätter,” has now been released. “We thought the album needed one more, slightly heavier rock song. I wanted to write about heroism from a woman’s perspective. I created a movie-style fighter who cuts off a monster’s head and takes care of the zombies,” Litku Klemetti says of the single “Splätter.” The rock sounds on the forthcoming album come from sweaty concert stages, where the Litku Klemetti band is in its element. “A certain kind of rock affects me like a powerful intoxicant,” Litku says. “In recent years, playing live has made me feel that we really are a rock band, and I want to let loose properly. And for that, of course, we need a genuine rock album.”
