Your business is working. Clients pay, people recommend you, and from the outside everything looks pretty good. And yet, sometimes the thought crosses your mind: soon everyone will realise that I actually don’t know what I’m doing. This thought might come before raising your prices, meeting with a big client, or being invited to talk about your experience somewhere. It often appears just when you’re about to take the next step. There’s a name for this feeling too: impostor syndrome. Most people keep it to themselves and assume that everyone else feels much more confident.
At the December Minglin, we’ll talk about it openly, with real people.
An evening built around meeting people
17:30 · Doors open
A welcome drink, snacks, and time to look around and settle into the evening.
18:00 · Inspiration session: When your inner impostor has a say. How do you keep going despite self-doubt?
Kadri Keerme is a solution-focused coach, mentor to micro and small business owners, and personal development trainer who has guided more than 5,000 people. Her daily work focuses on self-confidence, self-talk, and the courage to put your ideas and work out there. We’ll talk about how impostor syndrome shows up in an entrepreneur’s everyday life, why doubt rarely disappears just because of new achievements, and how to move forward even when nothing feels completely certain yet. After the talk, we’ll continue the conversation together.
19:00 · Themed networking
In guided discussion circles and small groups, you can talk about things that usually don’t get posted on LinkedIn: when did you last feel like a fraud, and what helped you move forward? We’ll get the conversations started; you decide how much you want to share.
20:00 · Networking & Fun
The evening continues informally: snacks, music, and time to carry on the conversations that began during the evening.
Who is it for?
Minglin is designed primarily for active entrepreneurs, business owners, founders, managers, and other enterprising people who want to look beyond their usual circles. Any industry is welcome. What matters most is wanting to meet new people, exchange ideas, and contribute to the conversations yourself.
You don’t have to feel like a fraud to come. But if you do, you’ll be in good company.
We deliberately limit the number of participants so that everyone has the space and time to genuinely meet.
