INGRA (Ingrid Rabi) brings soloist Ingrid Rabi to the stage with Mikk Kaasik and Johannes Laas, acclaimed musicians of the younger generation. Together, they will perform songs from INGRA’s new Estonian-language album, “Edasi”, due out in autumn this year. The concert will also feature songs from Ingrid’s earlier work.

• Ingrid Rabi is a jazz vocalist, songwriter and arranger whose work is characterised by deep sensitivity. Her music intertwines rich harmonies with a sincere storytelling style. Ingrid has said that music is her passion: she creates and performs it in various ensembles she has initiated. Creativity is an integral part of her everyday life, and when writing songs she enjoys experimenting with intriguing harmonies and rhythmic structures. Ingrid Rabi has released the studio album “Olemine”, the EP “Circle of Love”, and, under the artist name INGRA, the EP “Crawling Up a Hill”, as well as several singles. In 2022, she wrote and recorded music for a short film for the first time, and in 2024 a second film featuring her music premiered. INGRA’s new album “Edasi” will be released in autumn 2026, featuring leading Estonian musicians: Mikk Kaasik (keyboards), Johannes Laas (guitar), Peedu Kass (bass) and Kristjan Kallas (drums).

• Johannes Laas is a musician and composer who graduated from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre and Heino Eller Music School. Alongside his own work, he collaborates with many much-loved Estonian artists, including Rita Ray, ANETT, Ingrid Rabi, Gertu Pabbo and Grete Paia, and performs in groups such as MiaMee and Alfa Collective, among others. In 2019, Johannes received the Tiit Paulus Young Guitarist Award.

• Mikk Kaasik is a young Estonian jazz pianist who captivates audiences with his energetic and expressive playing. His debut album, “Take One”, was released in summer 2024. He also won the Uno Naissoo Composition Competition with his piece “Rapid Resonance”. In addition to his outstanding piano skills, Mikk is also a very good vocalist.

The organiser may take photographs, videos and audio recordings at the event and share them with participants and through public media channels, as well as use them to promote similar events. The Estonian Jazz Union’s concert programme is supported by the Ministry of Culture and the Cultural Endowment of Estonia.
