Community Work Day at Emajõe-Suursoo Centre

Everyone, young and old, is welcome at Emajõe-Suursoo Centre to enjoy a lovely day together amid autumn nature and help care for Emajõe-Suursoo! This time we’ll take on some lighter community work: clearing scrub from the riverbank to improve fishing opportunities near the centre.

The community work day isn’t just about work! Afterward, anyone interested can join a fishing session, where Nils, an experienced fisherman from Humala Kalabaas, will introduce the world of fishing and teach you how to catch fish.

Kavastu Maanaiste Selts will provide a tasty meal of pancakes during the day. We’ll also have fun activities for both adults and children! Bring the whole family. With Father’s Day coming up, this is a great opportunity to do something enjoyable with the children, get some fresh air and spend quality time together.

The event is FREE!

Please note: advance registration is required so we can plan for the number of participants. Please register your family by 4 November at the latest.
