“Cheburek” Masterclass at Latgales mācību centrs

On 28 November, from 9:00 to 15:00, a “Cheburek” masterclass will take place at Latgales mācību centrs. During the masterclass, you will learn the secrets of making an authentic cheburek. Participants will learn step by step how to make thin, elastic dough, prepare a juicy filling, and properly fry crispy, golden chebureks.
