At F*ckUp Night, entrepreneurs share exactly these kinds of stories: without glossing them over, offering universal formulas, or trying to show only the strong side of business. This is an evening by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs, where you can hear what happened beyond the familiar success stories: failed projects, costly decisions, failed hypotheses, partnership mistakes, and moments when everything went completely off plan.

Eduard Zolotukhin
Technology entrepreneur, co-founder of DiscoverCars.com, one of the world’s largest car rental marketplaces, which grew without external funding. Co-owner of European insurance company Sincera Insurance, business angel, and investor in more than 20 startups. Architect of the international Innovators Club community. For more than 20 years, he has been building technology companies from scratch. His experience brings together launching international businesses, early-stage investing, and growing projects in global markets.

Jörg Jova
Entrepreneur, dental technician, and expert with more than 20 years of experience in the dental industry. Founder of Fibonacci Dental Studio, which brings together diagnostics, a dental laboratory, a clinic, and an education centre. Co-founder of Meerhof Hambaravi, an opinion leader for international dental brands, and an expert in digital dentistry. He develops a technology-driven dental business combining medical services, in-house production, digital technology, and professional training.

Andrey Sinyavin
Entrepreneur, inventor, and one of the creators of the REDMOND brand, which reached $350 million in revenue and captured about 50% of the CIS multicooker market. Under his leadership, more than 15 million multicookers were sold. He created a smart home appliance platform with more than 3 million devices sold. He is the author of dozens of registered inventions and technical developments. His experience includes losing about $70 million due to a currency crisis, facing tax claims of $60 million, and losing control of REDMOND. After that, he took part in launching Red Solution, which raised $50 million in investment and reached revenue of about $80 million in its first year.

Host of the evening:
The incomparable Andrey Faleev, an experienced entrepreneur and restaurateur, and founder of The Nautilus restaurant, which over its six years of operation served more than 1 million oysters to Tallinn residents and visitors.
