RÄÄGIME LASTEST TRAINING, 11 JANUARY–8 MARCH 2027

Räägime Lastest is an approach that empowers parents and helps prevent children’s mental health difficulties. Developed in Finland, this evidence-based approach aims to provide mental health support to families and prevent everyday challenges from developing into problems. An important part of Räägime Lastest is a conversation that supports parents and children. The conversation helps build an understanding of how the child is doing, how family life is going, and how to cope with changes together.

Before buying a ticket for the training, we recommend completing the introductory Räägime Lastest e-learning module (it takes about an hour).

Training objective: Participants will understand the principles and methodology of Räägime Lastest and learn how to use the approach in their work with families.

Target audience: Teachers and professionals who work with children and families in education, social services, and healthcare.

Group size: 18–20 participants

Document awarded on completion: Certificate

Language: Estonian

Training workload: 18 hours of in-person learning, plus independent work (using the RL method with families and writing case descriptions, 10 hours), for a total of 28 hours.

Training dates, 11 January–8 March 2027:
11 January, 10:00–17:00 — Training day I at the Peaasi.ee training room (Maneeži 3)
19 January, 09:00–11:00 — Training day II on Zoom
1 March, 09:00–11:00 — Supervision on Zoom
2 March, 09:00–11:00 — Supervision on Zoom
8 March, 10:00–17:00 — Training day III at the Peaasi.ee training room (Maneeži 3)

Requirements for completing the training: Between training days and after the training, participants will practise the Räägime Lastest approach. To complete the training, participants must:
* Attend all training days from beginning to end.
* Carry out at least two Räägime Lastest processes with different families.
* Submit a short written summary of two cases.
* Take part in two or three method supervision sessions, including presenting one of their own cases.

Price: 249 euros per participant.

The training will take place once the group is full. Tickets can be purchased until the group is full. If the group does not fill, ticket payments will be refunded in full.
