Līga Liberte Dance Theatre is celebrating its 18th birthday! 18 years of dance. 18 years on stage. 18 years of passionate, wild and brilliant ideas. This won’t be just another performance. It will be a celebration of 18 years of Līga Liberte Dance Theatre—a return to everything that has made this theatre unique. Every one of our performances has been a journey in which audiences have experienced things they may never have seen before. This time, too, we’re not telling ourselves, “Let’s just put on a show.” We’re saying, “Let’s make something people will remember for a long time.” The 18th anniversary performance will follow the finest traditions of Līga Liberte Dance Theatre, with breathtaking stunts, vivid and dazzling costumes, powerful choreography, deeply personal stories and music that will make you want not only to watch, but to dance along with every cell in your body. 18 years. 18 years of daring to dream. 18 years of daring to act. 18 years on stage. And we’re only just getting started. Hold on! Because this will be something you haven’t seen before.
